目前，我国建筑业已形成了高达16万亿的巨大市场，相应地智能建筑市场也得到迅速发展，其产品所占比重逐步提高，已达5000亿元之多。与此同时，智能建筑技术的发展速度也加快，尤其是与数字化、智能化、信息化、物联网有关的新产品、新技术不断更新，使得这个朝阳产业更加焕发出了勃勃的生机。在市场应用方面，已从传统的十大类建筑类型向智慧行业、智慧园区、智能家居等领域发展，而以国家住建部主导的200多个“智慧城市”建设试点又将智能建筑应用推到了前所未有的新高度，从而释放出巨大的市场“蓝海”。近年来，有关智能建筑技术产品的国际贸易也非常活跃，一些国际知名企业纷纷进军中国市场，而国内许多企业也尝试走出国门，通过各种方式将产品出口到世界各地。 在此形势下，为了服务“智慧城市”建设，促进智能建筑产业的快速发展，有效满足国内外企业的贸易需求，在国家住建部支持与指导下，由中国建筑业协会、中国国际经济技术合作公司在北京联合举办“2015中国国际智能建筑展览会”。展会得到了中国国际贸易促进委员会的批准，将于2015年12月10-12日在北京中国国际展览中心隆重举行。
本届展会以“荟萃全球高新技术产品，创新智能行业建设应用”为主题，秉承“立足中国—辐射全球”的长远理念，充分发挥建设行业的作用，打造出一个智能建筑领域全新的国际品牌展会，为广大企业提供一个难得的宣传展示及贸易交流平台。
